At Applaudo, we are more than just a software development company, we go beyond coding to change the world: we strive to bridge gaps and open career opportunities in tech, bring social sense to technology, and solve the tech shortage by searching, sourcing, and training global talent.
Our roots are founded in providing the top 1% LATAM tech experts, ready to design, architect, and deliver sophisticated solutions to bring tech roadmaps to the next level, but as our clients mature so does the need for us to expand worldwide.
That is what led us to think locally and act globally. We started with 15 team members in El Salvador and today, we are a regionally and internationally distributed team, now operating in more than 20 countries all over the Americas, Europe, and Asia, with 600+ members.
