Product Manager - Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Define product goals and deliverables based on customer feedback.
• Lead the definition and execution of the product roadmap that aligns with the product strategy and project objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including external partners, users, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and prioritize product features
• Drive product development through the entire lifecycle, from concept to launch and training.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides and release plans.
• Work closely with other product managers to align roadmaps and identify synergies between your project and the core product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in product management, including managing big projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile /Lean methodologies and product management.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry and supply chain operations preferred.
• This job requires traveling to Rwanda.
