Moving past the prototype stage is hard for new tech founders. The Nigerian government wants to help. They launched the Growth Lab accelerator under the Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises iDICE funding Nigeria program. This project gives startups training and direct funding. The iDICE Startup Bridge Growth Lab applications 2026 cohort is now open.
Direct Funding for Selected Startups
The program targets startups with a working prototype and early traction. Selected teams get a $100,000 cash investment for 7.5% equity. Startups that meet growth goals can get up to $250,000 more in follow-on capital. The program also covers all travel, lodging, and meals for the required weeks in Lagos.
Simple Rules to Apply
The hybrid program lasts 12 weeks. It combines online training with two weeks of in-person work in Lagos. If you want to know how to apply for iDICE Startup Bridge Growth Lab funding, your startup must be under a year old. You must also live in one of Nigeria's six geopolitical zones.
