Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for assigned pharmaceutical products, managing the full product lifecycle from pre-launch to phase-out.
• Conduct market research, analyze sales and market performance data, and monitor competitor activities to drive growth and optimize pricing, margins, and portfolio expansion.
• Lead nationwide product launches, develop positioning and value propositions, and create compliant promotional materials in line with regulatory, ethical, and National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) requirements. Organize CMEs, conferences, and other promotional initiatives to ensure brand entrenchment and prescription generation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, accurate forecasting, and effective execution.
• Train and equip the sales team with product knowledge and tools to drive adoption among key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI, develop demand forecasts, contribute to annual business planning, track KPIs (sales growth, market share), prepare management reports with strategic recommendations, and analyze customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor of Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or related roles.
• Knowledge of Nigerian pharmaceutical market operations and regulatory environment.
