• As the professional responsible for initiating vehicle services and repairs, you play a crucial role in the customer service and operational documentation processes. Your tasks include ascertaining performance issues and requested services, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, and opening job cards. Maintaining strong customer rapport is a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the service or repair process.

Qualifications Required:

• HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical engineering.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Truck and Trailer Workshop.
• Knowledge of Applicable Legislation as well as Policies and Procedures.
• Understanding of workshop processes & systems.
• A good team player capable of delivering results under pressure and to strict deadlines.
• Customer Focus Oriented / Customer friendly attitude.
• Sufficient all-round Trailers experience also required.
