Marketer

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Understanding the global brand strategy and visual guidelines and adapting them to domestic market needs.
• Presenting products in-store and in windows in a way to attract customers and encourage sales.
• Executing design strategy of the brand by proposing design solutions and resolving issues related store design project management.
• Ensuring installations are compliant with architecture guidelines and concepts.
• Providing teams with guidance on correct material usage or samples that are locally obtainable and matched to store design guidelines.
• Coach staff on VM execution.
• Providing regular reporting and feedback to management on VM performance and inventory flow.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
• Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
• Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
• Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
• Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
• Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.

Ideal Profile:

• You have at least 3 year experience within a Sales Operations / Sales Support or Visual Merchandiser role, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
