We're looking for a developer to work with our remote team (UTC-4 to UTC+2) on a part-time basis. You'll work directly with our CEO, Josh, building and improving the go-to-market tools that power our sales, revenue operations, and customer support.

This is a relatively new and evolving role for us. A go-to-market engineer sits at the intersection of product and revenue. You're not building the core platform, but you're building the tools that help us sell it, onboard customers, and make sure they get the most out of it. Here's a taste of the kinds of things you'd work on:

  • Automated optimization reports that show customers how much of the platform they're actually using, flag features they're missing out on, and nudge them toward quick wins that boost their ROI.
  • Performance dashboards that break down collections data (total collected, transactions, payment sources, checkout types) with monthly trends so clients and the team can see what's working at a glance.
  • Custom onboarding tools that streamline the setup process for new customers, so they're up and running faster with less hand-holding from support.

The tools you build would either live inside our existing admin panel written in Livewire + Flux UI or ship as standalone apps hosted on Laravel Cloud.

Who we’re looking for

We're looking for someone who can pick up new features and deliver them end to end. There's plenty we're still figuring out, and we don't expect you to have all the answers either. What matters is that you're comfortable learning as you go.

That said, here's what we work with daily, and you should already have experience with:

  • Laravel (our backend and the foundation for most of what you'd build)
  • Laravel Livewire
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Laravel Dusk
  • MySQL

Description and benefits

This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week.

In addition to all local National holidays, you’ll get 8 days of paid vacation.

Tratta is based in the US with an office in the Midwest and a small team spanning Europe and South America.

How to apply

Write us why you’d be a good match specifically for this position. We’re very curious about:

  • Projects you’re proud of that you worked on in the past.
  • Your portfolio, but focus on real product work with context, your process and the outcome.
