Technical Content Writer

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing a variety of technical documents and the ability to translate complex technical information into simple, understandable content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including but not limited to:
• SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• SRS (Software Requirement Specifications)
• End-user manuals and guides
• API documentation
• SDK documentation
• Product documentation
• Knowledge base articles
• Online help content
• Technical whitepapers or guides
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather accurate technical information.
• Ensure documentation is clear, structured, and easily understandable for the target audience.
• Review and update existing documents to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Follow documentation standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in technical content writing or documentation.
• Strong knowledge of various technical documentation types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with documentation tools (MS Word, Confluence, Google Docs, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with workflow diagrams, flowcharts, or illustrations to enhance documentation.
• Knowledge of web applications like draw.io or RapidCharts for diagramming and visual documentation.
• Basic understanding of software development, APIs, SDKs, or IT concepts.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
